Paulinnia cupana or guarana is a very popular herb among Amazon Indians. Guarana powder contains about 4.2% cafeine. The cafeine in guarana is assimilated better and more evenly by the body than the cafeine in coffee. Hibiscus sabdariffa commonly known as hibiscus or Roselle, grows in many tropical and sub-tropical countries.
